Child Counselling
With a focus on play, children are encouraged to bring their whole selves to the therapy room. Through a therapeutic approach with games, art, stories and sand tray, we create a safe place for children to share their thoughts and feelings. We work collaboratively with both the child and their family to build trust and understanding.

Family Counselling
Family therapy is a therapeutic approach that helps families improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationships. By focusing on improving family dynamics, family therapy helps create a stronger, more connected family unit, fostering emotional support and resilience for all members.

Neurodiverse Affirming Counselling
As a neuro-affirming therapist, I desire to understand, respect and celebrates the diverse ways in which people's brain’s function, recognizing that neurological differences are not disorders or deficits but variations of human experience. Neuro-affirming therapy focuses on creating an inclusive, empathetic, and supportive environment for individuals with various neurodivergent conditions, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurological differences.
During therapy we will work on:
- emphasizing strengths
- sensory accommodations
- respect for autonomy
- self-advocacy

Collaborative Divorce Child Specialist
Rebecca is a Child Specialist - trained mental health professional (Registered Clinical Counsellor) who works with families undergoing divorce to ensure that children's needs and perspectives are addressed. Learn more about this specialized service.
