Rebecca Farnell Counselling

A safe and welcoming space where diversity is celebrated, and clients feel seen and empowered.

Attachment based therapy that helps children, individuals and families connect, grow, and move forward with hope.

It can be hard when the things you’re trying aren’t working anymore.

Maybe you’re noticing big feelings that spill out at home, stress showing up at school or work, or tension in your family.

You might be here because…

  • You feel: anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, life transitions or overwhelm
  • Your child/teen has: big emotions, school pressure, social struggles, family tension
  • Your family has: conflict, communication breakdowns, separation/co-parenting challenges

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Whatever brought you here, support is available—and there’s a way forward.

As a counsellor who specializes in working with Neurodiverse individuals and their families, I offer a warm, person-centered space where you (and your child) can feel safe, heard, and valued.

My clients come to me for:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Stress Management
  • Play therapy
  • Neuro-affirming approach
  • Navigating Family Relationships
  • Life Transitions
  • Personal Growth
  • Family Conflict & Parenting
  • Child Specialist in Collaborative Divorce Process

Services

Counselling for children, teens, adults and families in Richmond, Steveston and Metro Vancouver

Collaborative Divorce Child Specialist

As a Child Specialist, I focus on your child’s best interests—separate from therapy or assessment—so their voice is heard. I meet with kids for a few sessions using conversation, art, or play, then share child-centred insights with the team to help parents create practical, supportive co-parenting plans.
