Neuro-Affirming Counselling

As a neuro-affirming therapist, I desire to understand, respect and celebrates the diverse ways in which people’s brain’s function, recognizing that neurological differences are not disorders or deficits but variations of human experience. Neuro-affirming therapy focuses on creating an inclusive, empathetic, and supportive environment for individuals with various neurodivergent conditions, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurological differences.

My desire is to foster an environment where every individual can feel valued, empowered, and supported on their journey to personal growth, mental wellness, and self-discovery, embracing neurological diversity as a natural part of the human experience.
